Staffs of North Carolina’s neonatal center of CaroMont Regional Medical Center organizes a very special mini-ceremonies to celebrate the lives of premature babies when they are about to leave the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Well, this is the most adorable way to care for the preemie.

# When the babies are about to leave the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, they organizes graduation functional for them.
# The premature babies also got personalized graduation cap and a portrait.
# “We had a baby born at 29 weeks gestation so he was in the NICU for over two months, and when he was finally ready to discharge, the family came and brought this onesie that said ‘NICU grad,'” nurse Melissa Jordan told Buzzfeed.
# “The day he got discharged, we gathered staff and we went in singing and dancing and gave him his cap — and his parents just smiled ear to ear — that’s when we knew it was something we wanted to keep doing for other families,” Jordan said.
# “Leaving the NICU can be joyful but also scary and nerve wracking, so this was our way of bringing a little normalcy to taking the baby home,” Jordan said.
# “I absolutely love making ‘Graduation’ cards for my patients and progress/thank you letters from my patients to their parents”, tweeted Alyssa Ranger.
# “Eventually, we hope to make a wall of graduates with these photos because it can also help give new parents in the NICU a little hope and reassurance,” Jordan said.
# “They [the parents] loved them. They were excited to have this little graduation to cap this stay,” Naldzin said.
