5. STRESS IN RELATIONSHIP
Stress is the most dangerous disease now-a –days. A lot of people face relationship problems and start taking the stress, hence damaging their brain and reducing its efficiency.
6. DRINKING WATER
Water is the one thing that keeps us going. Drinking lesser water damages not only our brain but the effects are on the complete body. We must drink at least 3 liters of water every day.
Pollution damages the competence of our brain. Noise pollution causes irritation and frustration to our body and thus reduces our ability to handle emotions.
8. USE OF GADGETS
Now, this is also an important factor leading to the massive destruction of our brain cells. Vibrations, unwanted noise, and frequencies disturb both mentally and physically. The best way is to start becoming less gadget-dependent i.e. limit the use of the gadgets for our daily working.
