These great findings and research results can be used by health professionals to persuade and convince their patients and people to adopt a more fruit friendly diet, chiefly in the developed world where people are known to follow an unhealthy diet routine, said the paper to be published in the American Journal of Public Health. Those who had taken part maintained food diaries and had their psychological well being measured.
