Aamir Khan Takes A Dig At People Accusing Him Of Consuming Steroid For His Movie Dangal

If you have any weight loss goals, then Aamir Khan’s new transformation video from fat to fit is definitely the one that you need to watch at the first place. It is full of motivation and inspiration.

He has explained his entire journey of weight loss where he went through rigorous training sessions and extremely well planned diet program. His amazing transformation took place in just 6 months. Isn’t that fabulous ? Or is there something fishy about it ?

But, his video was broken down by various fitness experts all over the world who accused him of using steroids and various fat burners for loosing so much of weight in such a less amount of time.

However, today, Aamir Khan stood up against all allegations and dismissed them by giving a befitting reply.

The following quotes are from the Interview which he recently gave for the promotion of his upcoming movie DANGAL.

“I have not used any substances. I think that the good rate to lose weight is roughly one pound a week. If you want to lose weight a little faster, then you have more of a calorie deficit. So, if you have calorie deficit of 500 calories a day, you lose one pound a week. If you have the calorie deficit of 1,000 calories a day, you lose two pounds a week. That is considered to be on the higher side. When I started the weight loss process, I was doing double of that. Four pounds a week, I was losing for the first three weeks. Then I brought it down to two pounds a week. So, I had 20 weeks to do that. If you do the math, you will understand that is how I got there. Immediately after PK, I was in the weight training mode for two years.”

However, Rahul Bhatt (Aamir Khan’s personal trainer) decided not to speak much about the issue. This is what he had to say.

“It would amount to breach of confidentiality for me to talk about this. All I can say is, steroids are an occupational hazard in the entertainment industry. It would be naive to believe that its consumption is nil, and to deny its existence. I am not admitting to anything. Just how my client got that physique, or how any entertainer gets into shape is a matter between the client and the coach. I am not at liberty to talk about this.”

Well, the use of steroids for weight loss and weight gain is definitely an abuse on our body and one should never think to opt for such alternatives. What is your take on this issue. Your suggestions are most welcome in the comment section below.
