“BREAD”, that one friend who is always there for you when your stomach starve. It is always needful to save you from the starvation threat. But, you can eat it in many different and tasty ways.

For that, we gathered spme delicious mouth watering recipes of bread:



What you need:
2 lbs. the fresh tomatoes
1/2 fresh onion
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 bunch fresh basil
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste and fresh ground pepper
Italian bread or baguette

How to make:
Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion and garlic. Add in fresh basil, olive oil, salt & pepper. Toast the bread, set all the mixture over bread & serve.

Fried Egg Sandwich:


What you need:
2 teaspoons butter
4 eggs and slices cheese
8 slices toasted white bread
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup

How to make:
In a pan melt the butter, crack eggs over it & cook. Just before eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheese over each egg. Place each egg on a toasted slice of bread, add pepper & salt.
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on remaining slices of bread and cover eggs with bread to make 4 sandwiches.

Aloo Sandwich:


What you need:
8 slices of bread, 2 cups of boiled and mashed potatoes.
¼ tsp of red chilli powder
¼ cup finely chopped onions
¼ tsp of turmeric powder
½ tsp of roasted cumin, powdered
1 tsp of lime juice
3 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
4 tbsp of butter, preferably salted, at room temperature
Salt to taste

How to make:
In a bowl place the mashed potatoes, except butter and bread, add all other ingredients. Take one slice of bread and place butter on it with the aloo masala. Now, coat with the another slice and cook until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

Garlic Bread:


What you need:
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 crusty loaf bread,
3 tablespoons grated cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

How to make:
In a pan combine garlic, butter, and oil saute it for 3-4 minutes. Toast split bread until it gets golden brown color. Brush bread with garlic, butter, and the mixture of oil. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

French Toast:


What you need:
1 egg
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 cup milk
4 slices bread

How to make:

In a bowl, beat 2-3 egg, add vanilla and cinnamon. Then, stir in milk. Dip bread slices into egg mixture then cook on greased nonstick griddle until get browned on both sides.

Bread Pakora:


What you need:
1 teaspoon thymol seeds
2 cup Refined oil
1 pinch asafoetida
3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 cup Gram flour (besan)
1 chopped green chilli
2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 cup green chutney
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
3 cup Water
6 bread slices
For Filling
5 boiled, mashed, peeled potato

How to make:

Add chopped cilantro, green chili, red chili powder, dry mango powder, and salt in a boiled and mashed potatoes mixture. Now, put besan in a bowl for besan batter, add thymol seeds, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt to taste and garam masala. Now  add water to get the desired consistency of the batter. Apply green chutney on one side of bread and put mashed potato mixture evenly on the bread. Cover this slice with another bread slice. Deep fry and serve.

Baked Cheese Fondue:


What you need:
10 slices bread, crust removed, cut into cubes
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried mustard or 1 teaspoon mustard, stirred into milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions

How to make:

At 325°F preheat the oven. Beat eggs with the help of a spoon, add milk and seasoning into it. Stir in bread cubes, onions & cheese. Now, pour out the mixture into the baking dish. You can either refrigerate it for overnight or bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Bread Halwa:


What you need:
8 read slices
1/2 cup ghee
2 cups milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts

How to make:

Make small squares of bread slices. In a pan heat some ghee, now on a low flame fry bread squares. Mix the milk and stir well so that the bread pieces start crumbling. After mixture starts boiling, mash the bread with the help of a spoon. Add the sugar(as per the taste), cardamom powder into it & let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes until the excess liquid has evaporated. At last, give the end touch with a teaspoon of ghee and chopped nut.
