1. Cucumber Tomato Salad
Ingredients: 8 ingredients will make this exotic salad.
Dice cucumber, onion, tomato, and parsley.
Put it in a bowl.

First, boil potato in salt water.

Then add boiled and diced potato.
Mix well then add water and simmer for 8-9 minutes.

3. Tomato Omelette

1. Saffola Plain Oats

5. Baking soda
6. Chilies, finely chopped

Add every ingredient together in a bowl to make a thick batter.
Grease a non-stick pan and spoon two ladles of batter on the pan.
Turn the ‘omelette’ to the other side and cook it on low flame.

4. Tomato Soup
Ingredients: We need just three ingredients to prepare Tomato Soup.
1. Ripe Tomatoes
Take a pan.
Put butter and melt it over medium heat.
Add onion wedges and tomatoes in butter.
Then add salt and cook it for 40 minutes. Make a creamy smooth paste like soup.
5. Tomato Pasta
Ingredients: This recipe needs only six ingredients.
Take a bowl.
Add water and salt to it.
Put pasta in it and boil it.
Now, add Tomato and butter in it.
Boil until butter melts.
Season it with sugar, salt, and pepper.

6. Grilled Tomatoes
Ingredients: With five ingredients, we can make this yummy dish.
4. Olive Oil
Preheat the grill for 15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
De seed and remove the pulp of the tomatoes.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Now, put some olive oil on grill tray.
Place the seasoned tomatoes on the tray.
Grill it for 4 minutes.
Then, serve hot with garnishing basil leaves on it.
7. Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients: This yummy tomato recipe is surely a mouth watering dish.

Boil potatoes, peel it and mash it well.
For tomato filling- take a pan, add oil and cumin seeds.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and chopped onions. Cook until onion turn golden brown.
Now add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and asafoetida.
After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add grated paneer, mashed potatoes, and coriander leaves.
Turn off the gas and let the cooked mixture cool.
Now, with the help of scoop, de seed tomatoes completely and fill the prepared mixture in it.
Now heat oil in a pan and put stuffed tomatoes in the oil and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Take a pan and add oil and cumin seeds. Cook until starts crackling.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies.
Now add chopped onions and saute.
Add tomato pulp, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Then add curd and cook for few minutes.
Lastly, add stuffed tomatoes and cover the pan and cook for some time. Garnish with coriander leaves.
