‘NO’ Need To Sweat Everyday, Exercise Once A Week To Reap All The Benefits

Hitting gym every day is a grueling task for many of us, but thanks to the wonder of science we are saved now. According to a new study, you only have to exercise once a week if you’re trying to obtain health benefits.

Ya, that’s true. The new study says that exercising just once or twice a week can reduce your risk of dying from cancer. According to JAMA Internal Medicine, “Australian researchers compared exercise habits to death rates among over 63,000 men and women between 1994 and 2012.” Scientists found that those who did any amount of exercise lowered their risk of mortality by 30%. So, it really doesn’t matter whether you have run on the treadmill for six hours or 20 minutes, everything is equal.

Thanks to the new discovery to make most of our lives easy.  Even WHO(World Health Organisation) advised doing at least 150 minutes of easy exercise or 75 minutes of active movement (or 10-minute squirts of daily activity when you can’t find the time to do longer sessions).
