1. The Trump Winery, Charlottesville, Virginia
The “Kluge Estate” in Charlottesville, Virginia was sold out by the owner due to inability to pay off his loans to Donald Trump. Suddenly he converted this estate into The Trump Winery, featuring the wines all over the world.The property has a 23,000 square feet of living area, consisting of 45 rooms and a movie theater. The property has a vineyard and horse stables in an area of 2,000 acres of land which isn’t available in The White House.
2. Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Doonbeg, Ireland
Trump has the wide range of properties as per his moods and celebrations. The facilities of this beachside hotel are very impressive. It has a spa, luxury dining & an 18- hole championship golf course. The infrastructure of the hotel is similar to a Castle which has 4 bedroom suites with private dining & living rooms which is much more than The White House Guest rooms.

A photograph of Trump writing the inauguration speech in Mar-A-Lago was tweeted by him, showing off the interior of the mansion. The idea of buying this property was to make it a golf course around the building in 1996. But this plan was left over and instead of making a golf course it was made a private vacation home by The President. It has a living space of 50,000 square feet with a bowling alley & 3 swimming pools. There are 4 more bedrooms than The White House with a total of 60 rooms and 15 bedrooms.
5. Trump International Hotel, Washington D.C.
Whenever The President feels not to stay in The White House he can opt for his new property The Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C. The building used to be the old Post Office in the 19th century located between The White House and The U.S. Capitol building. The hotel has 35 suites, but the King of the suites offers 6,300 square feet of space, which is the largest accommodation of its kind in the city. The suite has a 20 person dining room, as well as a private gym and a luxurious living room.
6. Trump Turnberry Hotel & Golf Course, Scotland
President Trump enjoys his golf course whenever he is in a mood to play golf in “Trump Turnberry Hotel” property, and having his own private lighthouse makes him stay there too. This hotel and golf course is located in the Firth of Clyde in Scotland. The lighthouse is the historic building which was renovated by Trump for $300 million to be the Turnberry property. This apartment is the most lavish amongst all of his properties with 3-storey apartment resting at the top of Trump Tower in New York City. The apartment has marble and 24-karat gold splashed all over it. It rarely looks like a home. President’s main home is modeled after The Palace of Versailles. It has a gold and diamond studded front door, ceilings with Greek themed paintings and some of the spectacular look of Manhattan. It’s on the top of the penthouse apartment and is $10 million worth more than The President’s White House.
