“Eric: I’m not searching out a girl just to fuck her.
Drama: Why not?
Eric: Cause it’s mean!
Drama: No, no, no. Mean is when I made Jess Mancini ride her bike home after I ass fucked her.”
Entourage is a Series that has its niche in American Television. There is no such series which portrays friendship like Entourage. The group of 4+1 always sticks together and come what may, the folks have each other’s back.
These, though, are not all the reasons why I love Entourage so much. Loosely based on the real life of Mark Wahlberg, Entourage gives us some serious friendship goals.
Vince is an up and coming movie star who is working his way through Hollywood with a bunch of his friends. Turtle is his driver and has a business mind that keeps on running. Drama, his half brother, is a struggling actor himself and when I say struggling, I really mean it! Eric, or E, is the brains behind Vince’s movie career. He is the “hero” of this series.
The +1 that I have to specifically mention is Ari Gold – Vince’s manager. I bet there is no character that could even come close in terms of the badass that Ari Gold actually is. Internet is immersed with his one liners and he is a God when it comes to some agenting goals.
The rise of Vince, his reaching plateau, fall, more fall and then getting to a breaking point is something that everyone can relate to. Unimaginabely realistic and insanely addivtive, Entourage covers a hollywood actor’s journey and keeps all the reality checks intact.
To make it believable, there are many celebrity cameos that include Mark Wahlberg himself, Martin Scorsese, Eminem, 50 Cent and so on.
“I would say hug it out but I dont want you drawing wood!”
So, if you have not watched this series yet, go ahead and watch this now. Guarantee, you will get hooked and once you get to season 3, Ari Gold will be your instant favorite.
