Remember ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’? The 80’s blockbuster of Late Mr Vinod Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan, and Rishi Kapoor. It was one of the best yet cheerful film of its time because fans loved the trio.

And to recreate the magic, the duo Akbar-Anthony aka Rishi-Amitabh is coming together after 3 decades for a movie. It is almost 26 years later they will be seen in the film ‘102 Not Out’ which is based on Saumya Joshi’s Gujarati play directed by Umesh Shukla.

Senior Bachchan will play the role of a 102-year-old father and Rishi Kapoor his 75-year-old son.

Meanwhile, Mr Shukla said, “Amitji and Rishiji are collaborating after 26 years. They are playing Gujarati characters for the first time. Being a Gujarati myself, I had certain references in my mind which we used to create their look. ”

Rishi Kapoor @chintskap tweeted his feeling on reworking with Amitji, “Wonderful to work again with the Legendary Amitabh Bachchan. Thank you Amitji, it never felt the 26 years old hiatus.We connected instantly!”

Taran Adarsh, the Indian film critic wanted to give morning delight to fans and he took to Twitter to reveal the first look of the father-son duo from ‘102-Not-Out’ and it looks quite quirky.
