POTATOES that one heavenly veggie which fits almost in all kind of dishes. You can fry them, bake them even cook them in a hot water (boil) but it will never loose their taste and do justify to your taste buds.
Today, we are sharing 5 mouth-watering potato dishes which will fill your stomach and heart too.

#1. Simple Hasselback Potatoes:

Take 3-4 potatoes and make thin slices of it without disconnected at the bottom then brush some melted butter all over the slices and bake it. After you’ve done this serve it with anything like leftover chicken curry, sour cream, bacon etc.

#2. The Simplest Baked Potato:

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Take 4 large size potatoes and with the help of fork create pinhole all over the potatoes. Make a mixture of olive oil, salt and pepper & rub over the potatoes. For 45-60 minutes place those potatoes in the oven until the potatoes peel turns crispy and cranky. Cut the upper part of potatoes and add some salt, pepper with extra cheese.

#3. Crispy Potatoes with Garlic Butter sauce:


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Centigrade. Take 6-8 large size potatoes and cut it into quarters then place into a large bowl. Sprinkle, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, pepper, 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic and add salt as per your taste then mix it well.
Spread your finely mixed potatoes onto the baking tray and bake them for approx. 30-40 minutes.
  • For Sauce:
    In a bowl add full-fat milk and cream equally.
    In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter then saute for 30 minutes after adding chopped garlic. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon flour, and mix till it is completely incorporated.
    Whisk the mixture of milk and cream and make sure there are no lumps.
  • For Garnish:
    Stir in parsley with salt & pepper to taste.

 #4. Potato fried ball:

Take 9-10 unpeeled potatoes and boil them properly. Peel the upper surface of boiled potatoes and mash them after adding butter, salt, and pepper.Add two egg yolks and mix again. Cover it and refrigerate for 2 hours. Take the dough and shape them into small balls. Dip into bread crumb and then deep fry.

 #5. Potato in pancake style: 

With the help of grater, grate 6-7 potatoes and put them in the bowl of water. Add 1/2 grated onion in the same bowl and rest for 1 hour. Take 2 eggs, salt, cornflower, roasted garlic & pepper and mix until the mixture turns smooth.
Drain the water from the potatoes and onions and add the mixture to it. Cover and let it sit for half an hour. Then, shape the mixture to form pancakes & deep fry in hot oil.
